玩法：
⏱一分鐘限時内做「大字跳」，次數最多的5️⃣位參加者將進入決賽，力爭冠軍。
參加方法：
1. 讚好及分享 Polar 1min Challenge 貼文
2. 用 [Polar 1min Challenge] filter濾鏡拍攝你的挑戰影片 (影片需清楚拍攝到整個大字跳動作)
3. 以Reels (連續短片) 形式公開上載至Facebook或Instagram
4. Tag #Polar1minChallenge , @Polarhongkong 和 @sennheiser_hktw
5. 完成！
頭50名參加者可以獲得$50超市禮券🧧而成績最好嘅5名參加者將會獲邀參加於2024年3月1日(星期五)晚上7時30分在金鐘添馬公園舉行的決賽，冠軍更可獲 Sennheiser最新款 MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 真無線耳機🎧‼️ (總值HK$2,499)

He finished 81 ”JUMPING JACKS“ in just one minute😎 You can also join us and stand a chance to win supermarket vouchers and the latest Sennheiser headphones🎧!

How to play:
⏱ In one minute, do as many “JUMPING JACKS“ as possible. The top 5 participants with the most jumps will be able to compete for the championship in the finals.
How to participate:
1. Like and share the Polar 1min Challenge post.
2. Use the [Polar 1min Challenge] filter to record your challenge video (the video should capture the entire ”JUMPING JACKS“ movement).
3. Upload the video publicly on Facebook or Instagram in Reels format.
4. Tag #Polar1minChallenge, @Polarhongkong, and @sennheiser_hktw.
5. Done!
The first 50 participants will receive a $50 supermarket voucher 🧧, and the top 5 participants with the best results will be invited to the finals at 7:30 pm on March 1, 2024 (Friday) at Tamar Park in Admiralty. The winner will also receive the latest Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 earphones 🎧 (valued at HK$2,499)‼️
